The room was cozy, but I struggled with the noisy neighbors all night.

The newly remodeled facilities offer a fresh feel with a cozy atmosphere. Great effort has been put into modernizing the areas, making it a relaxed spot to return to after a day of exploring.
The walls aren’t soundproof, so if you value your sleep, be ready for some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms and street traffic. Ventilation could be improved. a smoke odor from the hallway easily permeates the rooms. It feels cramped for families, and despite the remodel, some bathroom fixtures are left incomplete, adding to the overall letdown.

The electric kettle in the room is a handy touch, making it easy to brew up a quick coffee or tea. the proximity to local bakeries and eateries means grabbing a bite is a breeze.
Pillows were hard, and in seven days, the bathroom never got cleaned. The refrigerator was out of order. it was claimed to be for 'medicines,' which was a bizarre excuse. the room sizing leaves much to be desired, with a triple room feeling cramped for a family, and the air conditioner was annoyingly noisy.

What shines and what doesn’t
Superb central location, with famous sites like the Grand Bazaar just moments away! The staff, particularly Umut, Ali, and Nuri, offered exceptional and friendly service that made my stay memorable!
Though amenities are limited, I missed having dining facilities on-site. no fridge in the room was a slight inconvenience, but not a deal-breaker.

The stay featured a great location, near bakeries and restaurants, making dining affordable. Room cleanliness was commendable, with daily servicing ensuring comfort. the small wash basin led to a slippery bathroom floor, and despite the friendly staff, there were cleanliness issues with pillows and the duvet. The room also included a convenient refrigerator and kettles, adding to the overall utility.
